Information collected automatically: We store a hashed version of your IP address (never the raw IP) to prevent spam and abuse, along with standard server logs such as browser type, referring URL, and pages visited.

Cookies: Essential cookies keep the site secure and functional and are always active. Analytics cookies activate only after you consent through our cookie banner.

• Respond to consultation requests, HERS scheduling, and contact-form submissions

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate this website, each of which is contractually limited to the stated purpose:

• Supabase: database hosting for form submissions (name, email, phone, company, service, message, IP hash).
• Resend: email delivery; your submission is sent to our team as a lead notification.
• Vercel: website hosting, including standard server logs.
• Google Analytics: anonymized site-usage analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies.

4. Data Retention

We retain contact-form submissions for up to two years, then delete them, unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data follows Google’s default retention. Essential cookies expire at session end.

5. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion, to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information.

7. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
