    Mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing design for residential and commercial projects, with a path toward PE licensure.

    HERS Rater / Field Technician

    Field verification (duct leakage, QII, blower-door) across the Tahoe corridor. CalCERTS certification supported.

    Energy Compliance Analyst

    Title 24 modeling, CF1R documentation, and ResCheck/ComCheck for projects across our eight licensed states.
