What is Building Commissioning?
Building Commissioning is the process of checking and verifying that HVAC, plumbing, and lighting systems are functioning efficiently and as designed. The commissioning process focuses on verifying and documenting the facility/building systems and assemblies ensuring they are planned, designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained to meet Owner’s Project or Facility Requirements (OPR/OFR).
